System automatically transmits message on pre defined events through sms such as well on advances as when interest/ instalment is due. Letter generation on special occasions like Auction is also provided.
Asset classification
Automatic classification of delinquent accounts and takes care of all activities like interest reversal, provisioning etc. When customer repays overdue amount, system takes care reversal of interest suspense to income account. Provisioning is calculated ad per the rates given in master.
Automated reports
There are about 25 reports which are customised as per requirements including General Ledger heads report. These reports cover daily acquisition of customers, disbursements, part payments, closed accounts, DPD, tenure expiry, interest due and recovered. User can generate data for a particular branch or company as a whole depending upon user's requirements and level.
